Professionalism starts at first contact

Send that old resume asap and leave a message

It sounds crazy but we get people who have an old resume, but they take a week to send it to us for an assessment and quote.

We have moved along by then and have taken on another seven or eight clients.

Not giving us initial information is a sign the client shouldn’t work online.

It’s a sign the matter isn’t urgent.

When people call and don’t leave a message on the phone – sometimes the same person calls three times a day and hangs up – we won’t call them back.

If a prospective client can’t state their name and what they require in a short message, there’s a high chance they won’t reply to our email questions.

We are an online business. We communicate with people online.

We also get hit by spammers almost every day. We’re hardly going to call them.

We’ve got people who are so desperate to get a job, they’d kill
