It was the first time I was using a professional resume writer but Malcolm made the process really smooth. He asked questions that I had never thought of putting in my resume and really brought out the key achievements and tasks that I am or was doing. Having trawled the internet in search of an Adelaide based professional resume writer, I came across his reviews and immediately sent through an email with my resume and cover letter.
