I hammer this point so much, I apologise for becoming tedious.
In the Employment/Career section of the resume, don’t just list duties and responsibilities. List what your results and achievements were against those duties.
Employers want to know what you’ll accomplish if you’re hired.
Give them a sense of your abilities by putting your achievements — whether it’s overhauling an inefficient system, saving the company money, or generating sales revenue — on display.
Make sure that most relevant accomplishments, the ones that readily translate to the job you want, are on top of the Employment section.
Most resume writers will charge you anywhere from $200 to $1000 to do just that. Help put resume writers out of business by listing achievements against your duties.
